Solarize Piedmont is run the Local Energy Alliance Program (LEAP) in partnership with the Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) and the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC).

Service area includes Albemarle, Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Loudoun, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties.
