Discounted Home Energy Assessment– Courtesy of the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County, LEAP is offering $45 home energy assessments to city and county residents.
Rebates
Through generous support from the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County, LEAP is offering Energy Smart Rebates up to $500 total per home to city and county homeowners for select energy efficiency upgrades. Rebates are designed for upgrades and retrofits; not available for new construction.
LEAP staff can facilitate your Energy Smart Rebate for install measures including the following:
- Insulation
- Air sealing
- Duct sealing
- Heating, air conditioning, or furnace upgrades
- Water heater replacement
